Our Story
With time to spare during the COVID lockdown, a love of tying flies and fishing, and a dream of making a living doing what we loved, J & H was born. We started experimenting with different ideas for spinner trailers and ways to construct the spinners themselves to make J & H a little different. Fast forward and we are now a successful, small LLC.
J & H equals Jayson and Hailey. We’ve been a team in more ways than one for over a decade now and we’ve carried it into this business. We got together early on through fishing, and it’s been our thing ever since. We now have two young boys and look forward to sharing this business (and our fishing secrets) with them as they grow up.
J & H spinners are tied on high-quality Mustad hooks, the only component not sourced from the US, and assembled with
US-made componentry.
Hunting is also a favorite pastime of ours, which has created an avenue for collecting our own materials just up the road from the shop. Although we haven’t moved a great deal of them, game calls are another part of our product arsenal, specifically turkey calls. Keep an eye out for not only new lures and flies but also some pot and box calls to start showing up.
